Microsoft has discontinued the use of Azure Active Directory Graph on June 30, 2022.
As of iQ.Suite Microsoft 20.1 Azure AD Graph in iQ.Suite will be completely converted to Microsoft Graph.

The Microsoft Access Database Engine (AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe) is installed in the iQ.Suite Setup. If an error occurs during the installation and the database engine is not installed correctly, it is possible to install this engine separately afterwards.

Solution

Microsoft Access Database Engine

Download the installation file from the following link:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
Please download the 64-bit version.

For installation: Open a Windows command prompt or PowerShell, change to the folder in which the setup is saved and start the setup with the following command line:
AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe /quiet

iQ.Suite WebClient Error
Solution
After an update to iQ.Suite 19.0.2, the following error message may appear on the WebClient:

The cause of the message is a missing table in the web client configuration database.
To find out which is the web client configuration database, see
dynamic_configuration.xml in the section

On this SQL database please execute the script WebClient_Config_Update_19.0-19.0.3.sql
