Account Executive

As an Account Executive specializing, you will play an important role in driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around effectively communicating with potential customers, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring our solutions to address their specific challenges. With a focus on fresh business, acquiring new customers, deal negotiation, and closure, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving business success.

Description of the role

  • Initiate and maintain regular communication with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their strategic goals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key accounts, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive sales growth.
  • Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, contracts, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives.
  • Work diligently to finalize deals and secure commitments from clients, employing persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of customer needs with company offerings and strategies.

Needed qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on cyber security or software solutions will be consider as an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of the organization.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in both German and English are a must.
