Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative with a proven track record in cold calling and prospecting. The ideal candidate is a , passionate about initiating contact with potential customers, and skilled at nurturing relationships to close deals. Experience in cybersecurity or software sales is highly advantageous.

Description of the role

  • Proactively identify and reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand each prospect’s business needs and pain points, tailoring your pitch to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into opportunities, ensuring a seamless handover process.

Needed qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role, with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and software sales experience would be a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in both German and English
